My miscea is not giving any soap/disinfectant. What should I do?

  1. Check the liquid pouches/bottles in the soapbox are not empty and have been installed correctly.
  2. Prime the soap/disinfectant tubes by following the ‘Priming the tubes’ section of the user manual for your miscea model.
  3. If this does not resolve the issue, contact your miscea dealer for further technical support.
